Shipping Instructions

We recommend shipping your processor in its original retail packaging if possible. If you no longer have the retail packaging, lots of bubble wrap is recommended. Please refer to our shipping guide below.

You have to send the CPU/GPU by your own means, when ordering the service you will be able to choose a return shipping option, which is the shipping method only for returning the CPU/GPU to you.

For customers within Denmark, we recommend only insured services. Our preference is GLS and having it sent to the closest package shop to our location. For European and International customers, feel free to use any shipping service you see fit.

Please write your order number somewhere on your package, or include a copy of your order confirmation email. Once received, it generally takes 1-2 business days for your order to be completed. For prompt service, let us know the tracking number for your package by writing to infodelid@gmail.com

It is possible to minimize shipping time by having the CPU bought at an online retailer and choosing us as the delivery address, please write about it when ordering the delid. We do not offer any type of warranty or guarantee on the product itself, please refer to the original retailer.

CPU Packaging Guide for Shipping

Properly Package Your CPU for Delidding with DKDELID
When sending your CPU to DKDELID, ensure it's packaged correctly to avoid shipping damage. Here's how:
1. Remove the CPU and place it, preferably in an anti-static bag.

2. Place the CPU in a secure, slightly larger box with foam or bubble wrap.

3. Seal the box properly but avoid excessive tape.

4. Include your order details like name, email, and order number.

5. Ensure the package is insured for the CPU's full value for protection.
